Our Story
Northly was born from a simple observation: companies in Europe don't fail at strategy — they fail at connecting strategy to what people do every day. Existing tools were either pure OKR trackers (too narrow), enterprise platforms (too heavy), or American products that ignored European privacy requirements. We founded Northly to build something different: an outcome operating system that starts with OKRs but extends to the full chain — strategy, metrics, initiatives, and results. Today, product and strategy teams across Europe use Northly to make their goals actually happen.
