Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between Free, Core, and Outcomes at any time. When upgrading, the remaining balance is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing period.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored exclusively on EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany). We are fully GDPR compliant and offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.
How does the AI Coach work?
The AI Strategy Coach uses advanced language models to help you draft, refine, and strategically align your OKRs. All AI processing is GDPR-compliant and runs on European servers.
What are Metric Connectors?
Metric Connectors let you link Key Results directly to live data sources like Jira, GitHub, Amplitude, HubSpot, and more — so progress updates automatically. Included in the Outcomes tier.
What is Cycle Intelligence?
Cycle Intelligence uses AI to analyze patterns across your OKR cycles — identifying what types of objectives your teams consistently achieve, where confidence drops early, and which dynamics lead to better outcomes. Available in the Enterprise tier.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No, with monthly billing there is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time. With annual billing, you benefit from a discount of two free months.
How does seat-based pricing work?
You pay per active user seat on your account. You can add seats instantly at any time — the cost is prorated for the remaining billing period. When reducing seats, the change takes effect at your next renewal. Seats can be reassigned when team members leave.
